What personal data we collect & why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After approval of your comment, your Gravatar profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Alternatively, if you have registered or subscribed with our service and provided a profile picture to us, your profile picture may appear on any comments you post to our pages.
Contact forms
If you submit a contact form to us, it will include your IP address and any information you include, such as your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and any additional information you choose to submit. Only our personnel receive this information. If you authorize additional services, such as the set up of blogs, websites or social media profiles in the course of your reputation projects, those activities may involve the transfer of your personal information (that you had provided to us) to be transferred to our partners and service providers, and also may result in that information being published to the Internet, and the general public. If you use our Tools & Services to set up websites, blogs and social media services on your behalf, you have then authorized these disclosures of your personal informations an have acknowledged that any resultant issues arising from this publication of your information is your sole responsibility. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with
We will not share your data with any other party unless you have directed us to do so, except in the event that we may be legally obligated to share information about you due to a duly executed court subpeona. We do not sell your data to other parties.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). iReputation.Repair personnel and their duly authorized website administrators can also see and edit that information. iReputation.Repair personnal are required to sign nondisclosure agreements, and we do take users’ personal privacy and personal information very seriously, and we endeavor to safeguard your relationship with us by taking reasonable means.
We may retain submission form information indefinitely, in order to be able to refer to any past history with customer interactions, or to be aware if you contact us again in the future.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. As mentioned earlier, information about your interactions with our Website is also collected by Google Analytics, and if you elect to subscribe to our Tools & Services, you are agreeing to allow us to send data you provide to us over to any partners we have in order to fulfill your requests. If you subscribe to our services, your payment information will be sent on to our merchant services provider in order to validate and authorize the purchases. Your financial information may be cached in order to facilitate future purchases and recurring subscription payments.

How we protect your data
We make every effort to protect your data. We attempt to keep our server software up-to-date, and to rapidly address any compromised system after we are alerted to it. We are confident that our web server provider, Bluehost, provides us with very secure account and administration systems.
Our personnel have been carefully screened and have signed nondisclosure agreements with us, and we follow good security protocols in protecting our login information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If we suffer a data breach, we will immediately take action necessary to limit exposure by removing any sensitive data, and by closing the access pathway used to compromise our system. We also will attempt to notify any website user or client if their data may have been exposed.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
Aside from the use of Gravatar service described earlier in this policy, and the Akismet service to detect and screen submissions for spam, we do not use any other automated decision making or profiling system.
